Pattern and Sample Development

No fabric is cut until we have thoroughly discussed the exact specifics of the garments, fit, size charts and design details with the client, because we are experts in pattern making and understand exactly what is needed before we get the garment off our machines. From hospital uniform to business suit, to school uniform, sportswear, blazers, sambalpuri uniform to name a few, we craft detailed patterns for each and every uniform category we make, ensuring that everything fits just right, looks professionally finished and meets the client’s expectations exactly.

As part of our process we are developing samples. Prior to starting any bulk production, we create an initial article to show to our clients for review and approval, allowing you to test the fit, fabric, stitching and finish before committing to the bulk order. This not only saves on money but also guarantees total customer satisfaction with the first bulk item produced.
