Our highly trained cutting crew uses a variety of cutting techniques and machines across different materials such as lightweight cottons, polyesters, industrial and safety wear fabrics, and works with a variety of fabrics to produce each piece to the exact pattern specification with minimal material waste during the process.

Proper and precise cutting is crucial to the fit, finish and quality of the finished garment. We’re fully aware of this, and so our cutting process at Synthergen Textile is done under quality standards throughout its entire duration, whether it’s a small custom order or a massive order for institutional uniforms for many sizes and categories of uniforms all in one go.
