Garment Quality Control
Quality control is not a process which takes place at the end of the process of garment manufacturing, it is a continuous process undertaken by us from the time of fabric inspection till the garments are dispatched.
Our specialist QC team carefully checks all incoming fabrics for consistency, colour fastness and ensuring they meet order requirements prior to cutting and stitching. Inline quality checks are performed throughout the production process at regular intervals to ensure the accuracy of stitching, seam strength, sizing consistency and attachment of components.
Final garment inspection is to ensure all of the goods in the completed lot have no stitching deficiencies or any type of dimensional errors, colour consistency, no label placement issues and overall finish quality before any order is authorised for packing and shipping.
